The profile history is used to consult all the activity performed by a profile.

Here you can search by device.

You can filter for:

  • Event ID
  • Event Types
  • Status
  • Created At (time period)

By pressing the "Details" button at the end of the table row, you will be able to see the event details.

Locations on a registration event​

A registration event can carry two different positions, and they are shown separately:

  • Location shared at registration - the position the device shared when the contract was enrolled. It is only present when the registration code required a precise location or the user shared one anyway. Otherwise the details state that no location was shared with this registration.
  • Last known device location - the last position the device shared out of band. It never expires and may have come from GPS, WiFi triangulation, the carrier or an IP lookup, so it says nothing about where the device was at the moment of the registration.

Where an accuracy is shown alongside a position, horizontal accuracy is expressed in kilometres and vertical accuracy in metres.
